I was tasked to support the team in handling HubSpot Help Desk by raising them to our group chat/respective ticket owners, tagging the ticket statuses based on priority.



Editing bad entries

For this task, the Director wanted me to edit the contact numbers inside the CRM.

I replaced the old numbers to be formatted in Australian international access code.
