Few people realise the amount of strategy and data analysis involved in creating engaging content. It’s a thoughtful process that goes far beyond simply writing or posting. I get inspiration, study, measure, try again differently if it doesn’t work, adapt to changes. When presented with challenges, I exhaust all the possible solutions I can think of until I can produce high-quality results.

content creation

Flowchart outlining a content production and scheduling process for Facebook and Instagram, beginning with planning and ending with weekly evaluation, including steps like reviewing content plans, creating and finalizing content, scheduling, and analyzing results.

Here’s how I did it with my previous client: Initially they did not have a working calendar and would “shoot and post”. I find it inefficient and disorganised, leading to inconsistent content creation and distribution, so I developed and implemented this workflow to streamline our marketing activities.

Working alongside with an in-house NZ based content manager, I focused on content ideation, strategy, drafting and scheduling, analytics, promotion, SEO, and a bit of social media creation that did not require extensive editing.
