I was hired to research on key contact personas, their institutions, industry-related courses and enter them on spreadsheet and update their company records on Hubspot. I also cleaned their records (entry deduplications, contact details updating/tagging, etc.) which helped streamline their marketing efforts.
The Managing Director hired me to find key contact personas, their affiliated institutions and companies (VET, Universities, Colleges) , their contact details, and relevant industry-related courses for CFG’s marketing outreach. I used LinkedIn, ContactOut, Apollo.io, RocketReach, Signal Hire, Hunter.io along with ZoomInfo to find their contact details, and Verifalia to validate the email addresses. Once verified, I entered the data into Google Spreadsheets and HubSpot. I also maintained the company’s CRM deals pipeline. Additionally, I cleaned and maintained their CRM by deduplicating entries, updating contact details, suburbs, and applying relevant tags. This contributed to more efficient data management and supported their targeted marketing initiatives.
